How we determine rates
- Shipping and handeling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount before any deductions.
- All orders are subject to verification.
- If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charges as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge will NOT increase.
- For free shipping promotions, merchandise may be sent via Standard Delivery. Shipping method will be chosen at the discretion of Made By Moms.
Standard Delivery
- Order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (in-stock items only).
- You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Made By Moms. However, if you are not, our return/exchange policy is as follows:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Made By Moms, you may exchange or return it within 10 days of delivery date. The package containing the returned items/items for exchange must be postmarked within the 30 day period.
Returned items must be in new condition to receive a full refund.
Items sent back for exchange must be in new condition in order to receive the requested item for exchange.
Made By Moms does not pay for return shipping fees. Additional shipping charges apply to exchanged items.
Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.
We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know.
Made By Moms is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Beauty, skin care, customized items, and personal items such as cloth diapers and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.

Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to USPS http://www.usps.com to track your order.
